Message Right USA is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy organization (with an affiliated 501(c)(3) educational foundation) whose sole mission is to make the vision outlined above a reality within the next three to five election cycles. We do not endorse parties. We do not run candidates. We do one thing and one thing only: build an unbreakable, county-by-county, state-by-state network of informed, organized, and relentlessly active citizens who force every candidate for governor, secretary of state, attorney general, sheriff, and county commissioner to publicly commit to strict constitutional governance—and then hold them accountable once they are in office.

Here is exactly how we are doing it, step by step.

 

Phase 1 – Build the Skeleton: One Chapter in Every County, Every State (2025–2027) Establish a state chapter in all 50 states within 18 months. Each state chapter is led by a volunteer State Director and a small board of 7–15 proven activists.

Inside each state chapter, recruit and charter county chapters. One for every one of the 3,143 counties and county-equivalents in America. Even the smallest rural county gets a chapter; population density only changes the number of volunteers, not the right to be heard.

Every chapter uses the same charter, the same bylaws, and the same non-negotiable pledge: “We exist to elect and enforce constitutional fidelity in the offices of Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Sheriff, County Commissioner, and City Council. Nothing else.”

 

Phase 2 – Populate the Chapters with a Broad Coalition (Ongoing) We deliberately welcome Americans from every walk of life who share three simple beliefs: The federal government has far exceeded its constitutional authority.

The states and counties possess both the right and the duty to peaceably resist that overreach.

The fastest, most permanent solution is to elect uncompromising constitutionalists to the specific leverage offices named above.

 

Our chapters already include (and will always include):

• Conservative Republicans and America-First populists

• Classical liberals and disaffected libertarians

• Constitutionalist independents

• Former Democrats who have watched their party abandon rule of law

Veterans, pastors, business owners, homeschool parents, farmers, truckers—anyone willing to work shoulder-to-shoulder without ego or litmus tests beyond the Constitution itself.

We call this the “Big Tent of the Bill of Rights.” If you love the Constitution more than you love your party, there is a seat for you.

 

Phase 3 – Educate, Activate, and Amplify the American Voice

Every chapter runs on the same proven playbook:

 

A. Constitutional Education Corps

Monthly “Know Your Leverage” meetings (in-person and streamed) that teach citizens exactly why these offices are the choke points of federal power and how ordinary people can control them.

 

B. Candidate Scorecard & Public Pledge

We publish a short, plain-English Constitutional Pledge that every candidate for those five offices is asked to sign on camera. The pledge is binary—yes or no—on ten core issues (e.g., “Will you refuse to enforce federal gun control that violates the Second Amendment?”). Refusal to sign, or signing and later breaking the pledge, is publicized relentlessly.

 

C. Voter Guides & Election Integrity Teams

Non-partisan voter guides that show only one thing: which candidates took the pledge and which ones dodged or lied. County chapters also recruit and train poll watchers, poll workers, and election-board volunteers to protect the integrity of the only elections that actually matter for this mission—local and state.

 

D. Accountability Councils

Once a constitutionalist is elected, a standing Accountability Council of 9–15 chapter members meets with the officeholder quarterly. They present evidence of federal overreach and demand public statements or action. Any betrayal is met with immediate primary challenges funded and organized by the network.

 

Phase 4 – Create Self-Funding, Self-Replicating Growth

Every county chapter is encouraged to become financially self-sufficient through small $25–$100 annual dues and local fundraising events (barbecues, gun raffles, liberty dinners—whatever works locally).

Ten percent of all funds raised at the county level flow up to the state chapter; ten percent of state funds flow to the national organization. This keeps the grassroots fat and happy while still supporting professional staff, legal teams, and national advertising when needed.

National provides training, branding, shared apps, legal templates, and coordinated media—everything a rural county of 3,000 people needs to fight like a million-member lobby.

 

Phase 5 – Coordinate the States for Maximum Leverage

Once 30+ states have robust chapter networks:

Annual Continental Congress of Chapters—state and county leaders meet to compare notes, share victories, and lock arms on interstate resistance strategies.

Rapid-response text and app system so that when one state’s governor stands firm (like Texas on the border), every chapter in America can flood Congress and the White House with coordinated calls, emails, and in-district pressure within hours.

Shared legal war chest—lawsuits filed by one state’s AG are immediately joined by every other constitutionalist AG in the network.

 

End State: An Unstoppable National Machine Owned by the People

When this network is complete: No candidate for governor, secretary of state, attorney general, sheriff, or county commissioner will be able to win without at least facing our questions in public.

Every elected official in those seats will know that tens of thousands of organized, dues-paying, educated citizens are watching their every vote.

The American people will finally have a single, unified voice that speaks louder than the corporate media, the donor class, or the permanent bureaucracy.
